セカンドワーキングホリデービザ（Second Working Holiday visa）の申請は、オーストラリア移民局 DIAC ホームページから英語で行います。下記は英語の入力フォームについて、2011年現在の内容で解説しています。変更することもあるので、あくまで参考としてお考えださい。
ここでは「オーストラリア国内での」セカンドワーホリビザ申請方法をご紹介しています。申請場所が日本の場合は手順が異なりますのでご注意ください。

※クレジットカードがない場合は申請料の支払いができません。つまりオンラインでビザ申請ができませんのでご注意ください。利用できるカードはVisa、MasterCard、American
Express、Diners Club International、Bankcard、JCBです。

「1回目のワーキングホリデー・ビザでオーストラリアに滞在中。指定エリアでの3ヶ月の季節労働を終えました。今のワーホリビザが切れる前に、オーストラリア国内でセカンドワーキングホリデー・ビザを申請したい方」

ページ１ Australian Values
オーストラリアの精神についての記述を確認してください。

※It is strongly recommended that the passport be valid for at least 6 months.

【Warning:注意】
If you do not enter your passport details correctly, you may be refused or delayed entry into Australia until your identity and claims to enter Australia have been checked. Please note that documents such as national identity cards are not acceptable for Australia visa applications. Yesの場合は従事した季節労働の種類を選択
・Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing（農業・林業・漁業）
・Mining（採掘）
・Construction（建設）

in regional Australia for a total of 3 months? （指定されたオーストラリアの地方地域内にて3ヶ月以上季節労働に従事していたことを示す証明書に同意しますか？）
No / Yes （No の場合は 2nd ワーキングホリデー・ビザの申請条件 を満たしません）

（婚姻前の名前など、パスポート記載以外に知られている名前がありますか？）
